Sarah Toews BScPN, RPN

Sarah Toews is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over 15 years of frontline experience in mental health care, specializing in crisis intervention, intake services, and community-based mental health support. She has worked extensively with adolescents, adults, and families across rural and urban settings, including crisis stabilization, emergency room psychiatry, and community clinics. Sarah is currently employed as an Intake Clinician with DBT Winnipeg and continues her long-standing role as a Community Mental Health Worker in Selkirk and Oakbank, Manitoba. Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on building collaborative therapeutic relationships.
