My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe that in order to live the full lives that we desire, we have to connect and engage with all the experiences life offers us. My hope is that we can work together to feel safe, supported, and seen as we are, in each moment. Learning and working with DBT in my own life has given me a new set of skills and perspectives that has left me feeling more curious, connected and willing to experience the full catastrophe of being human in the world today, moment by moment.
