Nadia has been practicing at a registered Occupational Therapist since 2007. Her career has been spent working as a mental health clinician, in both long term and acute psychiatry settings. She has worked diverse populations including her current work with Children and Adolescents who experience a range of mental health concerns. Nadia has a passion for working with individuals, who are struggling with mood disorders, personality disorders and anxiety disorders, and has extensive formal training and experience in group facilitation as well as individual therapy. Rooted in OT theory, Nadia practices with a client centered focus, striving for a balance between self care, productivity and leisure through increasing motivation and abilities to meet personal goals and expectations.
